Intodia is a platform for foreign travelers visiting India independently. It provides e-Tourist Visa, train tickets, bus tickets, monument tickets, and safari permits at zero markup — and, through Ask Intodia, resolves any travel confusion throughout the trip in India.
Access to Intodia is available to:
A plan is purchased and used by the travelers declared on that trip. Additional travelers may be added at checkout, with the per-traveler rate adjusting accordingly.
Intodia provides the following services to foreign travelers visiting India independently.
Intodia files, books, or requests these on the traveler's behalf with the relevant government authority or operator — the Indian government for visas and permits, IRCTC for train, bus operators for tickets, the relevant authority for monument and safari. Intodia is not the issuing authority for any of these and does not control their approval, availability, or timing.
"For anything outside the services listed above, any guidance Intodia provides is informational only, and the decision and action remain with the traveler."
Intodia charges a per-day platform access fee, calculated from the travel dates entered at checkout. This price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days. All payments are handled through secure third-party payment gateways; Intodia does not store payment details directly.
Intodia communicates through message-based channels within the platform. Calls may be used when required for clarity, but the primary mode remains text to maintain a clear record of communication.
Travelers are expected to communicate within the scope of the service. Persistent misuse, inappropriate conduct, or activity unrelated to the service may result in restrictions or termination without refund.
The following uses of Intodia are not permitted:
Any violation may result in immediate suspension of access without refund.
Intodia provides informational input and, where applicable, completes steps on behalf of travelers upon request.
All decisions and outcomes remain the traveler's responsibility. Intodia offers situational input, not operational action or guaranteed resolution.
"When Intodia completes a step on behalf of a traveler, outcomes remain subject to third-party systems, platforms, and processes beyond Intodia's control."
Users agree to the following responsibilities while using Intodia:
Provide Accurate Information: Travel dates, personal details, and any trip-related information shared with Intodia must be accurate and updated when required.
Use the Service Within Declared Scope: Users must communicate only about travel contexts described in the Description of Services.

Exercise Independent Judgment: All final decisions and actions remain with the traveler.
Follow Local Laws and Regulations: Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, visa regulations, local rules, and safety requirements while traveling in India.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect the delivery of Intodia services and may result in restricted plan access or termination without refund.
Intodia is independent of all government bodies, transport operators, travel agencies, and private service providers. The service is not a substitute for emergency response, consular assistance, medical care, or legal guidance.
All inputs are based on contextual knowledge of local systems and processes. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and the service does not provide legal protection. Use of Intodia is voluntary and based on the understanding that all inputs are advisory in nature.
A plan may be terminated under the following circumstances:
Termination resulting from traveler-side violations does not qualify for a refund. If no booking has been made, the standard platform access refund policy above applies.
