These terms explain how the service operates and what you can expect from us.

1. Introduction

Intodia is a service designed for foreign visitors traveling in India on short-term trips. It provides clarity and input during moments where travel progress slows, becomes unclear, or gets blocked. The service focuses on practical continuity. It help travelers navigate steps that stall due to unfamiliar systems, information gaps, or unexpected friction within local processes.

2. Eligibility

Access to Intodia is available to:

Individuals 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in their country of residence). Users under 18 may access the service only with verified parental or guardian consent.

Travelers visiting India on valid short-term visas (e.g., tourist, business)

Users who are not using the service for reselling or commercial operations

Access must be purchased by the user directly and is non-transferable unless explicitly stated under the Duo or Group access types.

3. Description of Services

Intodia provides continuity-focused travel input for foreign visitors in India. The service operates through digitally enabled clarity and step-based direction during moments where travel progress slows or becomes unclear.

a. Pre-Trip:

Clarity on visa-related steps and direction to the appropriate official channels

Navigation input for India-only digital travel platforms

Review of travel offers or quotations to surface signs of inflated pricing or unnecessary add-ons

Context on local services or arrangements when planning independently

Information required to complete common travel steps before entering India

b. On-Ground:

Alternatives when transport plans stall due to missed links or delayed connections

Clarity on local transport options and the steps required to move between regions

Price context before making significant purchases (e.g., Costly Souvenir)

Input during moments where local interactions, payments, or handovers become unclear

All inputs are informational and non-binding. All decisions and actions remain with the traveler.

“In cases where a traveler is unable to complete a required step due to technical restrictions or platform limitations, Intodia may complete that step on their behalf upon explicit request. This is provided at no additional charge and does not constitute a commercial travel service”

4. Activation & Access

Access begins once payment is confirmed and continues for the duration of the declared travel dates. Users declare trip duration during checkout to calculate access charges.

Intodia remains inactive unless the traveler requests input or reports a disruption. The service does not monitor activity or initiate action on its own.

Travelers who extend their trip duration may purchase additional usage at the standard per-day rate.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

Intodia provides access through a simple per-day fee, calculated based on the travel dates entered at checkout. The access price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:

Full refund: Intodia is unable to initiate access after a confirmed payment or the traveler has not used any Pro+ credits and requests a refund before the trip begins.

40% refund: If the traveler's trip to India is cancelled and less than 30% of pre-arrival credits have been used. The refund is calculated at 40% of the total plan cost.

No Refund is applicable if more than 30% of pre-arrival credits have been used, or once the traveler has arrived in India. All refunds are generally processed within 7 days. All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (e.g., PayPal). Intodia does not store payment details directly.

6. Communication Terms

Intodia communicates through message-based channels within the Intodia platform. Calls may be used when required for clarity, but the primary mode remains text to maintain a clear record of communication.

Travelers are expected to communicate within the scope of the service. Persistent misuse, inappropriate conduct, or activity unrelated to the service may result in restrictions or termination without refund.

7. Use Restrictions

The following uses of Intodia are not permitted:

Providing access to individuals not covered under the chosen Solo, Duo, or Group access type.

Misrepresenting identity, travel details, or intent while using the service.

Requesting actions beyond the scope described in Section 3.

Attempting to extract internal methods, contacts, or operational processes.

Any violation may result in immediate suspension of access without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Intodia operates on an on-request model that provides informational input during moments where travel progress slows or becomes unclear. The service does not execute tasks on behalf of travelers.

Intodia is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party systems such as transport networks, government platforms, or payment providers.

It is not liable for any financial loss resulting from decisions made by the traveler.

Response times may vary due to network issues, technical disruption, or time-zone differences.

All decisions and outcomes remain the traveler’s responsibility. Intodia offers situational input, not operational action or guaranteed resolution.

“When Intodia completes an action on behalf of a traveler due to technical limitations, outcomes remain subject to third-party systems beyond Intodia’s control.”

9. User Responsibilities

Users agree to the following responsibilities while using Intodia:

Provide Accurate Information: Travel dates, personal details, and any trip-related information shared with Intodia must be accurate and updated when required. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the clarity or relevance of service input.

Use the Service Within Declared Scope: Users must communicate only about travel contexts described in Section 3. Intodia does not engage in tasks outside its defined scope or act on behalf of travelers.

Maintain Account and Access Integrity: Access purchased under Solo, Duo, or Group types must be used only by the travelers covered within that plan. Sharing access beyond the purchased type is not permitted.

Exercise Independent Judgment: All final decisions and actions remain with the traveler. Users must assess the contextual input provided and take independent steps based on their own discretion and circumstances.

Follow Local Laws and Regulations: Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, visa regulations, local rules, and safety requirements while traveling in India.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect the delivery of Intodia services and may result in restricted access or termination without refund.

10. Disclaimers

Intodia is independent of all government bodies, transport operators, travel agencies, and private service providers. The service is not a substitute for emergency response, consular assistance, medical care, or legal guidance. All inputs are based on contextual knowledge of local systems and processes. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and the service does not provide legal protection or act on behalf of the traveler. Use of Intodia is voluntary and based on the understanding that all inputs are advisory in nature.

11. Termination of Service

Access to Intodia may be terminated under the following circumstances:

Verified misuse, misrepresentation, or inappropriate conduct

Completion of the travel duration declared at the time of purchase

Discovery of inaccurate or falsified travel details or identity

Termination resulting from traveler-side violations does not qualify for a refund. In situations where Intodia cannot initiate service after confirmed payment, a full refund will be issued.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any issue arising from the use of the service will first be addressed through informal discussion. If unresolved, the matter may proceed to arbitration or be handled by courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India, as applicable.

13. Modifications to Terms

Intodia may update or revise these Terms at any time. Travelers will be notified through email or a platform update when changes occur. Continued use of the service after such updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
